First advisers appointed
Three advisers have been appointed to the endowment, bringing expertise across medicine and law, logistics, and technology.
Announcement
The Serendib Endowment has appointed its first advisers. Dr Dinesh Palipana OAM, Nilupuli Andrahennadi and Thiranjith Weerasinghe bring expertise across medicine and law, logistics, and technology.
They advise the directors on how the fund operates. Advisers do not vote, do not bind the company, and are not directors of the company. Decision-making and legal responsibility remain with the directors.
All three serve without payment.
